2010/2011 Registration Dates:  These dates also include Pond Hockey & Sledge Hockey

Registration will be held on the following dates at the Sports Palace Arena:

Thursday, June 17, 2010     and           Friday, June 18, 2010
4:00 - 8:00 p.m.                                    4:00 - 8:00 p.m.

2010/2011 Registration Fees:

Initiation (Squirts) - Born 2004/2005- $368.00
Novice - Born 2002/2003 - $420.00
Atom - Born 2000/2001- $525.00 plus $100.00 team fee
PeeWee - Born 1998/1999- $525.00 plus $100.00 team fee
Bantam - Born 1996/1997- $578.00 plus $100.00 team fee
Midget - Born 1993/1994/1995 - $630.00 plus $100.00 team fee

All fees must be paid in full on registration day or by payment plan as described below.

Payment Plan:

Up to 4 payments -  All post dated cheques must be submitted at time of registration.
Payment #1 - Registration Day - 25% down
Payment #2 - Post dated cheque - June 30
Payment #3 - Post dated cheque - July 31
Payment #4 - Post dated cheque - August 31

First Time Registrants:

The following documentation must be provided at time of registration:
Copy of child's birth certificate
Legal land location of parent/lguardian's permanent residence
Child's AB Health #
