There are a couple of grants available to families who have a difficult time affording the cost of Minor Hockey (or any other sport). HPMH is dedicated to providing this information to its' members in an effort to make members aware that this help is available. Please click on the link(s) below to find out more information.

*PLEASE NOTE* For these two grants, this is information only - HPMH does not apply for these grants - it is up to individual members to apply and submit the grants themselves.

For the 2020-21 hockey season, HPMHA will be following the guidelines from Hockey Alberta and the provincial health authority. We will also be working with the Rec Board and following rules that are set in place for the re-opening of the arenas in High Prairie.

We are also waiting on information from the All Peace League to see what changes they will be making (if any) to the league formats for each division for the upcoming season.

At this time, we are planning for a near normal hockey season. That is why we are encouraging members to register by August 31.

Should circumstances dictate otherwise, we will be flexible and change our plans to accommodate the new information/guidelines as we see it.

2020 - 2021 Start Dates:
Initiation & Novice = October 2020
Atom-Midget = September 2020

(**These are approximate dates ONLY - for use of grant applications purposes - the true start date will be advertised in September**)
