NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a Special Resolution Meeting of the High Prairie Minor Hockey Association (HPMHA) will be held on June 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Gordoan Buchanan Center.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and vote on a Special Resolution to repeal and replace the current HPMHA Bylaws with the proposed revised Bylaws. Copies of the proposed revised Bylaws are available to all members and may be obtained by contacting the Association at hpminorhockey@gmail.com or accessed on the wesbite found HERE.
Only members in good standing who are entitled to vote under the Association's Bylaws may vote on the Special Resolution.
