The HPMH office will be open again on Thursday, Aug 31 from 4:30 - 7:30 pm to accept payments. We accept cash, debit and credit card. Cheques may be accepted, however, will not be accepted from members with a past history of NSFs. Our office is located on the 2nd floor of the GBC.
PLEASE NOTE - This will be the FINAL opportunity for payments before conditioning skates & evaluations. In the past, there have been tables set up in the arena lobby during the conditioning skates - it is important to note that this will NOT be happening this year.
There will have been many opportunities for payments to be made BEFORE conditioning skates & evaluations. It is equally important to note that our Treasurer, or any other Board member, will NOT be accepting payments in-person at the arena or otherwise during the conditioning/evaluation week until AFTER evaluations are complete.
